Shibolet Library

A best-selling library promoting national conversation on the best conservative ideas, old and new

What We Do

Continuing a tradition of fruitful intellectual exchange between the West and the Jewish people, the Herut Center has proudly partnered with Sella Meir Press to create the Shibolet Library. Our new book press translates the very best of contemporary English-language conservative thought to Hebrew, and will soon publish original Hebrew-language conservative work. Shibolet allows Israelis to systematically engage with a conservative system of thought and values otherwise absent from Israeli public discourse. In its first two years, Shibolet has published translations of Friedrich Hayek, Roger Scruton, Jordan Peterson, Jerry Mueller, and others, including many bestselling volumes.

Shibolet offers two subscription plans, through which subscribers receive either 5 or 10 new books annually. Our books are also widely distributed in major Israeli bookstores.
